01The agreement
These terms apply to the OneMacApp app for macOS, the website at onemacapp.com, and the licence you buy from it. By downloading, installing or buying OneMacApp you agree to them. If you do not, do not use the software.
OneMacApp is made and sold by MVP STACK LLC. "We" and "us" mean MVP STACK LLC; "you" means the person or organisation using the software.
02Your licence
A licence is a one-time purchase. It lets you install and use OneMacApp on one Mac at a time, for personal or business use, for as long as you like. There is no subscription and nothing to renew.
The licence is yours to use, not to sell. You may not share, resell, sublicense or publish your key, and you may not use one key to run the app on more Macs than it covers. You can move it: deactivate a Mac from the app's settings and the seat is free to use elsewhere.
You may not reverse engineer, decompile or modify the app, or work around its licence check, except where the law expressly allows it.
03Updates and versions
Updates are covered by your licence at no extra cost. If a future major version is ever a paid upgrade, we will say so plainly and the licence you have keeps working with the version you bought.
We may add, change or retire tools between releases. We do not promise any particular feature will exist forever.
04Refunds
If OneMacApp is not what you expected, email [email protected] within 14 days of buying and we will refund you in full. A refunded key stops working.
A payment reversed through your bank or card issuer without contacting us first is treated the same way, and the key is revoked.
05Your files
OneMacApp runs on your Mac and works on the files you give it. It never uploads them; the privacy page describes what the app does send.
OneMacApp does not change your originals: results are written to a new folder. Even so, you are responsible for your own files, and we recommend keeping a backup. We cannot be responsible for loss of data on your Mac.
06Downloading from the web
Download Video saves media from links you provide. You are responsible for having the right to download and use what you fetch with it. Do not use it to infringe copyright or to break the terms of the site the media comes from.
OneMacApp relies on open-source tools, including FFmpeg and yt-dlp, which are governed by their own licences. They are provided by their authors, not by us.
07No warranty
OneMacApp is provided as is. We work hard to make it accurate and reliable, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors, that every conversion, transcription or translation will be correct, or that it will suit a particular purpose. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties.
08Limit of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising from OneMacApp, the website or these terms is limited to the amount you paid for your licence. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost data, lost profits or lost time.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights that apply where you live.
09Ending the licence
We may revoke a key that is shared, resold, used beyond its seats, obtained by fraud, or used to break these terms. You may stop using OneMacApp at any time by deleting the app.
10Changes and contact
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continued use after a change means you accept it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
Questions go to [email protected]. How we handle your data is set out on the privacy page.
